Description Maciej Pilichowski 2008-01-16 10:47:48 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Let's say you have filter with rule that messages go to folder A. Then you make some changes -- you create folder B, you delete A, rename B->A.

You check the rules -- everything seems perfectly fine. And then you download messages and all rules are ignored and all mails go to inbox.

Workaround (but you have to know it in advance) is... yes, you guessed right :-) KMail restart.

Confirmed in kmail 1.11.90 (kde 4.2.66)

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
