Description Maciej Pilichowski 2008-01-15 11:36:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

When you call the move dialog all the nodes are unfolded. Now, press left-arrow key on some subnode. The selection should go to its parent, but in KMail first keypress is ignored. Press it again, now it goes to its parent, and the next keypress closes the node.

Worse thing is with minus key -- it should collapse the current node, but instead it collapses some random nodes no matter where I press this key.

The move dialog has changed in kmail 1.11.x, it now shows the list folders with other rules.

Confirmed the bug with the left arrow.

Minus is not a bug, actually, since it sets the filter text to "-".

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
