It's not possible to annotate pictures in chinese environement.
(the Env_zh-annotation002.png)

I tried to create database in french environement, and use this in
chinese environement, but it's the same result.

If the database have been created in chinese environement, and you
use kphotoalbum in french environnement, only some field can be used
to annotation.
