My panel that I've configured for "Hide automatically: Immediately" sometimes gets stuck and will not pop up when taking the cursor to bottom of screen.

The "Immediately" does not seem to affect it, I've observed the same with n second delay.

To relaunch it, I toggle from kcontrol "Only hide when a panel-hiding button is clicked" + Apply, and then back to 
"Hide automatically"

This happens to me maybe once a day, during 8-10 hours of using the machine.  I've observed the same at home, also on earlier KDE versions.
