Dear friends,

the email send to me for
[Bug 154840] New: BiDi issue in KDE window titles - multiple windows having title foo, foo <n>

did generate a
From: "l��i" "�ער�" "ר��נ��ר�" <gangleri@torg.is>

The same happened when I posted the two attachments there.

I receive also proper emails from other bug tracking systems where the UTF-8 characters are rendering properly at my web based email account.

Bugzilla has been upgraded to version 3.0, please reopen this bug if it is still a problem as the bugzilla database uses UTF-8 everywhere now.
