Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.97.0)

Current behaviour is bad. Two reasons:
a) wrong analogy -- when using magnifying glass, it is not magnified itself nor moved
b) usability violation -- user has to move the mouse cursor half of the screen back and forth to get to _the same_ items (think: handicapped people)
