Description Maciej Pilichowski 2007-12-22 15:05:24 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Current UI is really awkward -- first user has to set enabled/disabled AA and then she/he can configure AA. But in configuration there is no option for AA.

Please set this up properly -- AA configuration -->
[ ] AA
[ ] sub pixel hinting
    [ mode ]
    [ style ]
exclude range

In other words: merge this dialog into the main window.

There is another reason: you cannot tell what are settings are, you have to go to the dialog to just look at them.

Btw. could someone please reassign this, KControl -> SS. Thank you.

I think this has been sorted, as Fonts KCM have a single page instead of the multiple dialogs/pages.

Please re-open if you think this is still valid for Plasma 5.
