Description CSights 2007-12-21 15:17:09 UTC
Version: 1.0.4 (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

Hi,
Thanks for the very nice program. I'm also looking forward to using nepomuk in KDE 4!

When I burn a DVD (either data or video) from an ISO and choose "verify written data", this works fine. (DVD ejects after writing, gets pulled back in by motorized DVD burner, then is checked successfully.)

However, when I burn the same DVD "on the fly" the DVD gets ejected, but never pulled in again. Causing the DVD to be pulled back in manually does not help. This is the case whether or not the "create image" box is checked or not.

Also, I am overwriting a previously used DVDRW (if this matters).

Thanks again! C.

I have had a similar experience with verify.

The data DVD burned successfully and the DVD is ejected. Then it hangs. The DVD is not re-loaded and manual reload does not help; k3b just hangs.

In an attempt to clean up old bugs that are not valid for K3b 2.0 (=KDE SC 4.x port) anymore, this is now being marked as UNMAINTAINED.
If this bug is still valid for 2.0, please reopen it.
