When you mouse-hover above an applet on the desktop, a lightgray, transparent rectangular area appears around with the close/resize/configure buttons. The problem is that if you quickly move the mouse above an applet this area does not disappear. I can do it so that almost all applet/icon on the desktop shows this area at the same time.
