Description Carsten Heidmann 2007-12-02 12:28:04 UTC
Version: 1.80.0 "Final 3rd stone" (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

When tying to access a FTP-URL like
ftp://120987-10364-username@www.verylongservername.com the URL is
cropped for display in the title bar. However it is also cropped for the
address retrieval so that I end up with an URL like
ftp://12098...ame@www.verylongservername.com which causes the server to
deny the connection because the username is not known.
