When entering a URI like:
protocol://a_very_long_username@host/

KDE always turns it into something like:
protocol://a_ver...ame@host/

and thus I always have to reenter the username when browsing.
It's also stored like that in the history, thus also making the history entry unusable.
Seems to be independent on protocol, it's reproducable with fish/ftp/...
