Version: 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405) (using KDE 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.1)

Dear all,

To reproduce the "bug", you need to have two smtp servers. Just write a message and save it as a draft. Now change your smtp server and try to send the draft. It won't work - at least with my configuration...

However, the draft can be send with a "little trick". You need to perform any modification and then send it.
Note that you can experience the same behavior with unsent messages.

In my opinion, this behavior has to be changed and draft/unsent messages have to behave independently of the smtp server configuration.

hoping this will help,
Best,

Mathieu

Sorry for a wrong info! Well the "little trick" doesn't work... You need to rewrite the draft/unsend message

I created 2 smtp accounts on trunk build of kmail(revision 958061). Set one as default. Then composed mail and saved as draft. Then changed the default account but mail was sent. Please let me know if that is wrong.
