Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:                Linux

Once the menu has been disable with Ctrl-M, there's no evident way to re-enable it to access settings etc...
The file ./.kde4/share/config/krdcrc has to be edited to get the menu back.
