(This site is in Russian, sorry) in article text there is underlined word - this site marks this way special terms, that you could look up online. When you position mouse on such underlined word, window pops up with explanation. In Konqueror I get forever "Lading, please wait" (translated). This correctly works in firefox and Internet Explorer. The bug has actually been there all the time I remember.

BTW it does not work in KDE4 either.
