When a right click menu is open the screensaver will not activate due to inactivity, and will not respond to global shortcuts to lock the the session.

Just right click on any application with right click context menus and then wait for normal screensaver inactivity timeout to expire without effect or right click and press the shortcut to lock the session (default:Alt+Ctrl+L)
