Hi, do you have 'mdb/ms access import plugin' package installed?
mdb/ms access import plugin is installed. I changed filename and path to avoid space character. I help somewhat so I came longer before crash. So it can be that space character is not allowed.
Lennart, thanks for the info. To help you could send attach an example mdb file that fails to import, or send me privately. Don't forget to compress it.
Crashes fixed 5 days ago in branches/work/keximdb/koffice-1.6/. If you can, please try to compile it or send request to do so to your distribution makers. The update will be announced in the public too.

You should have 'devel' package for kexi with header files or build kexi 1.1.3 (from KOffice 1.6.3) on your own; for the latter case see instructions at http://www.kexi-project.org/wiki/wikiview/index.php@UsingSubversion.html#Building_from__trunk_ 2. Fetch the mdb plugin code % svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/work/keximdb/koffice-1.6/ 3. Build the plugin: % cd koffice-1.6 % make -f Makefile.cvs % ./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix` (you can add --enable-debug=full th the ./configure if you wish to have readable backtraces on crash) 4. If you're using automake, type this to build Kexi and install: % make % make install or, if you're using unsermake: % unsermake % unsermake install
