The username component of bookmarked URLs is incorrectly shortened if the username is more than 16 characters long.

For example:
in the bookmark editor, if the following URL is put in the Location field:
ftp://quitelongusername@example.com
after saving, it becomes:
ftp://quitel...ername@example.com

While this might be helpful behavior for the 'Name' field of the bookmark, the original 'Location' should never be changed.
