Description Henrik Segesten 2007-10-03 15:37:44 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

When clicking accept/declince on an invitation from an outlook client korganizer/kmail automatically sends a response to the inviter. Often you would like to either not send a response at all, or customise the message to the inviter especially in the case of decline where you'd want to specify the reason for declining. From an outlook client or webclient this is accomplished by popping up a composer windows with the extra option of choosing to not send a response at all. This would be a nice feature to have in kontact as well.

Recent versions of KMail have this feature if you select [Accept conditionally] or [Decline]. A small window will popup giving the user the ability to enter an optional comment.

So closing this a implemented.
