Version: 1.5.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux In loading the english default lesson... which is oddly long to find, i noticed that the lesson for level two is SUPPOSED to be adding keys 'k' and 'd' to the list of 'f' and 'j'. However the 'r' key is present through out the lesson. This is wrong. I'm going to go through and check the other lessons for incorrect keys being included in the lessons. It just strikes me as odd that the DVORAK english lessons are better written then the qwerty ones. Granted I'm on DVORAK but my family and friends that I'm trying to convert aren't.
You are right, the default English file in 3.5 branch is wrong. This is a duplicate of http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=142118 which fixes it for KDE 4.0 but the file has not been fixed in 3.5 series. Regarding your comment on finding lessons: I just fixed the Training menu order by putting every lesson name in English or in your language if you use another language. Lessons will be easier to find!
SVN commit 747985 by annma: backport of fix for 142118 that closes 149620 and makes the fix avalaible for the next 3.5 release if any! BUG=149620 M +150 -450 english.ktouch.xml WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=747985
