Akregator did not process any of the links on that Atom feed, which is Atom 1.0-compliant according to feedvalidator.org.

This seems different from previously-reported Atom feed bugs (the most relevant bug report, #122409, was closed in February 2006, long before the akregator package I am using was built), and I do note that Firefox parses the feed just fine.

There are these lines near top of the feed, not sure if they had anything to do with the problem:

 <link href='./' />
 <link rel='self' href='' />
