Description Dmitry Kalyanov 2007-09-01 19:47:58 UTC
Version: 2.0 (using KDE 3.5.7, Gentoo)
Compiler: Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.23-rc4

Every time I open the Font configuration in KControl->Appearance and Themes, it immediately creates ~/.fonts.conf file. And this file contains invalid information. I have set Use anti-aliasing: System settings, but ~/.fonts.conf contains settings which disable anti-aliasing (I enable it in system-wide font configuration file).
I would expect that this applet would not create ~/.fonts.conf if no changes are made to the settings, and that if changes are made, it would create .fonts.conf file that contains settings that match the ones which are set in the configuration dialog. E.g., in the case when Use anti-aliasing: System settings are chosen, .font.conf should not override system-wide settings.
