Description Andrey Cherepanov 2007-08-30 17:00:09 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.7, ALT Linux i586)
Compiler: Target: i586-alt-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.18-wks-smp-alt2

After printer add authorization dialog is appeared. But there is no description what user should be define for this operation. Users are confused. Please, add description in this dialog like: "This operation require CUPS administration privileges. Usually you need to type 'root' as username and password of this user".

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Kcontrol has been replaced by System Settings in Plasma. Please give the latest version of that a try, and open a new bug in "systemsettings" if you continue to have an issue. Thank you!
