(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: konsole Version: 2 Severity: wishlist Installed from: SuSE RPMs In Konsole I usually have 5 sessions or so and I must say: what a really cool feature is it to have these buttons at the bottom to easily switch consoles instead of having to start several consoles separately. Thanx! I also usually enlarge my window (80x50 or so) and this is nicely saved when I do Options|Save Options but... my wish: ==> Options|Save Options does not save your sessions (number and renamed button titles) It is awkward after an X restart to always have to repeat the 'New' button 5 times and rename the Sessions from the default. Thank you for a very fine and well-engineered KDE program bye-bye Eric Maryniak (submitted via bugs.kde.org)

But maybe we should introduce a Save Sessions - want to try? :) Greetings Stephan -- Frauen und Maenner passen vielleicht nicht zusammen aber meine allerschoensten Schrammen habe ich mir bei diesem Duell geholt. -- Reinhard Mey
I just read on the mailing lists that someone had implemented session mangement for konsole for the number of open terminals. -- Moritz Moeller-Herrmann ICQ #3585990
