this is not a bug, but feature. KDE uses Belarusian historical flag
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Belarus_white_red_white_flag.jpg
The former white–red–white flag of Belarus used from 1991 until 1995, now used by nationalist opposition. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarus] That's really annoying bug. http://president.gov.by/en/press10664.html - another link on topic.
This is not a bug.
Thi is a problem
And if have such diffrent opinions about Belarussian flag, I think, that it will be better for everybody to have choice. Let it be two flags, and every user can switch the flag he likes more.
White:red:white flag gets under clause. It is not safe to use this flag in official places.
Hm... if you want to use KDE on official level you MUST change flag.

In fact, flag that is used currently in KDE (white-red-white) does not represent Republuc of Belarus [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarus], but inexistent now Belarus National Republic [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarus_National_Republic].
Any news? The current "white" flag on l10n statistics page is just weird...
Any idea where we use the old flag? If you don't say where it is we can't fix it...
Is there the compromise possible? As there is two "belarusian", I'd say, "official" Cyrillic and Latin, maybe official state flag for Cyrillic and old/oppositional flag for Latin?
Statistics pages are fixed. Also you should check if the current KDE keyboard indicator has the right flag shown in panel and in kcm_locale module (I can't do it because I don't have a system with KDE4 installed, as for now).
I don't see why we need a compromise here, Belarus has a flag and KDE uses it. It's simple. I can't see anywhere we use the old flag, if you see it reopen the bug. If you convince your government to change the flag, reopen the bug.
