Version: 0.9.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Mandriva RPMs OS: Linux In the program menu in the category graphics, digiKam now adds three items: digiKam, digiKamThemeDesigner and showFoto. The item digiKamThemeDesigner is terrible. The name is too long, and the camel caps are great for programming geeks, but look very weird for normal users. Changing the name to "digiKam Theme Designer" at least makes this a "human" name again. But actually I would prefer this menu entry to be removed entirely. If every application supporting some kind of theming or configuration of colours and fonts, adds a menu entry giving access to a configuration program, then the program menus will explode with entries which are seldomly used. Instead, the Theme Designer should be accessible from within digiKam itself. This is indeed a more natural workflow: if I want to modify digiKam's look, then I first start digiKam, and then look for its configuration. So please make the theme designer startable from the Settings menu in digiKam and remove its menu entry.
