Version: 0.8.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Fedora RPMs Compiler: gcc 4.1.2 OS: Linux Until I learned from Bug#115569 comment#4 about CTRL+M, there is no other facility for getting the menubar back, once hidden.
So, what is the point you want to make with this report?
Point: if a user turns off the menubar, but wants it back, it should be easy to do so. In Konsole, when the menubar is turned off, it can be turned on again via the RMB. This is the behavior I would expect from kget. Without a "discoverable" way to restore the menubar, I would turn off the feature, because I find it to be not-yet-completed.
you can turn on the menubar with CTRL+M (like konsole, konqueror and other apps). I change this to wish: it could be added on RMB a "show menu bar" action when the menu bar is hidden.
