Description Tobias Heinlein 2007-08-04 02:21:45 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

Recently a Gentoo user asked us to include optional HAL support for k9copy in our Gentoo packages. We found out that k9copy doesn't seem to respect the --disable-hal switch during the configure phase. It still looks for the HAL headers/libraries, what should not happen.

With --disable-hal:
checking for dvdread/dvd_reader.h... yes
checking for the HAL... headers /usr/include libraries /usr/lib64
checking if doc should be compiled... yes

And what does *k3b* have to do with *k9copy* ?
Comment 2 Tobias Heinlein 2007-08-04 12:54:28 UTC
Sorry, I didn't find any product entry called "k9copy" and other bugs about k9copy also have "k3b" in the product column.

Please report to the k9copy authors.
