Description Tom 2007-08-02 22:33:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When *any* dropdown in KDE is open the application switcher doesn't work. Eg pressing ALT+TAB doesn't give you the window with your applications listed.

This is easiest reproduced in konqueror for example. Go to your home directory, press F6 to activate the location bar and type '/'. At this moment the your dropdownbox will activate showing you possible paths. Now press ALT+TAB and nothing happens. This also happens in Opera for example (address bar, or any dropdownbox) or even in Gimp (Open File..., although here pressing ALT will close the dropdownbox and pressing ALT+TAB again shows the switcher), so this problem is present in both the Qt and GTK wrappers of KDE.

I originally find this problem with Opera and it's pretty annoying when I keep running into it.
