Description Frederik Himpe 2007-07-21 10:44:16 UTC
Version: 1.2.7 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs
OS: Linux

When you click on an https link in an rss item, the page is shown in Akregator's internal web browser, and a padlock icon appears in the status bar. When I close the internal browser tab, the padlock icon remains the status bar. When I click on another https link, a second padlock icon appears in the status bar! And so it continues accumulating padlock icons in the status bar. I'm running akregator embedded in Kontact.

This is easily reproducible with The Burning Edge feed, which has lots of links to Mozilla's Bugzilla which uses https: http://www.squarefree.com/burningedge/feed/
