When you right-click on a folder in kmail it loads the contents of that folder, even if all you wanted to  do was get to the properties dialog.  This does not need to happen. The view should only change to that folder if the user explicitly selects it with a left click, right click operations like "mark all as read" will obviously need to perform IMAP operations on the folder but shouldn't load the whole thing in the preview pane, because that takes ages.

Loading the folder on right-click makes doing things like changing the sender identity (which there is *still* no way to do per-account :-( ) take much much longer than they should.
