Description Christoph Burgmer 2007-06-02 11:35:35 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

Transfering files with id3 information that contains non-ascii characters to my mp3-player results in improper naming on the media player. Artist 王菲 for example doesn't transfer correctly.

Please make Amarok usable for people whose language and writing system is not covered by ascii or latin1. This is not the first problem in Amarok wrt i10n.

Thanks.

I want to emphasis though that uploading works, just names are buggy.
