Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux When I mute my sound with the multimedia-keys on my notebook, it would be very handy if the lid (external amplifier) toggles. Maybe you guys make a entry in the configuration-dialog for it. If you don't know what I mean, here's the command: `amixer set "External Amplifier" toggle` It wouldn't be that much work.... Thanks
Does this mean you want to operate "External Amplifier:0" ith a key press. Or do you want to operate more than one Control with one keyboard press (e.g. "Master:0" and "External Amplifier:0"). The latter will take approximately 8 days of work.
Just toggling the external amplifier wouldn't make much sense. I want to operate 2 controls with one key press, muting and the external amplifier. Christian Esken wrote: [bugs.kde.org quoted mail] Created an attachment (id=20874) harald.atteneder.vcf
Given the design concept I have in mind, this would be done together with wish 167787. Thus marking this as a DUP. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 167787 ***
