Version:           1.2.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

If you view an email from kontact with an attachment then launch the attachment it works leaving that document open and trying to open another attachment from another email fails.
Tried the same thing with outlook and thunderbird they both seem to work correctly so i think this is maybe a bug ?

Could be related to bug 140352.
