Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Hello, I have encountered a bug when using the hyperref package and the "bookmarksopen" package option. When the "bookmarksopen=false" option is set, KDVI correctly generates the document's content hierarchy in tree form (i.e. subsections within sections, sections within chapters, etc). However, when the option "bookmarksopen=true" is used, the content hierarchy is gone and all bookmark links are at the same level (i.e. chapters, sections, and subsections all reside on the same plane). What should occur with the option "bookmarksopen=true" is that the document hierarchy should be generated and the full tree structure of the hierarchy should be displayed, thus no bookmark links should be hidden. This does not appear to be a problem with the hyperref package as the generated PDF files correctly display the document hierarchy. I've also checked the .out file used by hyperref and it appears to correct. Example line from .out file: With "bookmarksopen=false": \BOOKMARK [1][-]{section*.1}{Abstract}{} With "bookmarksopen=true": \BOOKMARK [1][]{section*.1}{Abstract}{} Best Regards, Dustin Vaselaar
kdvi is no longer maintained since KDE SC 4, and its functionality is replace by okular. If the issue in this report still exists in or apply to okular in KDE SC 4.10.5 or higher, please reassign the report to okular product or create a new report against okular.
