I am getting mail to many different email addresses which I alias to a common imap account. When I hit reply, there is no way to have KMail put the address i received the mail at into the ReplyTo: field.

In light of the impeding KDE4 release, I am going through all bug reports I am involved in. To the best of my knowledge, this issue is still open.
