When you are in the site policy section of the cookie settings in Konqueror, you can search for a substring of the host the policies apply to. If you select 'delete all', you will actually delete all policies and not only the ones that are visible at that point. Also, there is no dialogue asking if you really want to delete all policies. As the buttons are rather close to each other and arranged vertically, it is too easy to click the wrong one by chance.

In light of the impeding KDE4 release, I am going through all bug reports I am involved in. To the best of my knowledge, this issue is still open.
