Description z0idberg 2007-03-04 15:29:36 UTC
Version: 1.4.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, Gentoo)
Compiler: Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.19-gentoo-r5

I have songs from different languages in my collection, but not only from bands with names written in Latin characters, but also some Chinese, Japanese and Korean bands. They do not fit into the sorting of the other bands but they are displayed at the bottom of the collection browser. For example, if I have "天空の城ラピュタ" (Tenkuu no Shiro Rapyuta) in my collection browser, it is not sorted at "T" but at the bottom. The sorting "inside" of Japanese titles is correct (as far as i know), but because I have much more bands with names in Latin characters, it is a bit annoying to have such a bunch of Japanese and Chinese bands at the bottom of the collection browser.

I know, this is not a bug, but maybe could there be an option to include an alternate sorting field, in which I can enter the Latin transcription? I don't want to see the Latin transcription, but I would like to have it sorted that way.
