After opening Kontact and using KNode, a news article was opened.  It was then saved to disk with a pre-existing filename.  When OK was clicked, Kontact/KNode crashed.  No dialog appeared to verify a file replacement.  Kontact crashed with only a KBug dialog appearing on screen with the following backtrace:
