Description reinhard.zwirnmann 2007-02-07 11:57:41 UTC
Version: 1.4.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

Sometimes I'd like to have a new icon/function below the playlist browser in amaroK: "Repeat artist".
At the moment there are icons for "Repeat disc", "Repeat playlist", "No repeat" and "Single repeat". Sometimes it would be fine to repeat not just a single disc, but the whole collection of an artist in the current playlist. My workaround (nothing more) is putting just the special artist in the playlist or programming the queue with only one artist. More convenient would be "Repeat artist" similar to "Repeat disc" and maybe an appropriate function for the random mode.

Greetz,
Zwirni

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug for Amarok. Amarok 1.4 is now unmaintained and will no longer see any improvements. Because of this, and the massive amount of changes Amarok has undergone throughout the 2.x series of releases, we are closing bugs that no longer apply to the 2.x series due to changes in functionality, the underlying architecture, or a conflict for the vision of Amarok 2.

We appreciate the time you took to provide feedback about Amarok 1.4 and will look forward to any feedback you may provided about Amarok 2. Thanks.
