Description Rainer Lay 2007-01-22 13:03:05 UTC
Version: 1.13 (using KDE 3.5.5 "release 45.2" , openSUSE 10.2)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.18.2-34-default

the character encoding can AFAIK only be set in the album dialog. I suggest to add something to the preferences, so the encoding could be set in general.
BTW, kaudiocreater saves the tags in some other encoding than my other kde programs. So when I play them with e.g. amarok, the tags are displayed wrong.

maybe a dup of bug 111822
Comment 2 shattered 2007-08-28 22:07:32 UTC
bug 125762 is also related.
