Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

When sending Email via Kate (I didn't check in other clients) the filename of the pictures is file.jpg.jpg. I suspect (but cannot confirm) that this is an articact of the size-reduction being performed on the photos.

My system: Kubuntu 6.10 (Edgy) fully up-to-date.

This problem is not reproducible with new Send By Mail tool from digiKam core
version 5.7.0.
