Version: 0.12.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages Compiler: gcc 4.1.1-15 OS: Linux Hello, I'm from Brazil. At 3 days ago, I installed a webcam in my system and executed "apt-get update/upgrade". The webcam works well, but the program have encountered problems to connect with server and/or talk with contacts. Well, I removed the webcam, but the problem persists. Today I finished a conversation with a contact and closed the window. A few moments later, the program was terminated abnormally and the KDE exception's manipulator showed me the follow message (in portuguese). "O aplicativo Kopete (kopete) terminou anormalmente e causou o sinal 6 (SIGABRT)." ...and it says it's an internal inconsistency caused by a bug in program. I'm working in a "Debian GNU/Linux (version Etch)", with kernel 2.6.18-3-686. My webcam is a "Speed spw-201 (Sunplus)", supported by loaded module "spca5xx". Below, the backtrace that was reported by the KDE exception's manipulator. Thanks ;-)) (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
