Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Panel has such feature as setting either the app is native KDE or not. KMenu should also have such option.

I have no clue, I don't know anything about internals. But I mean, the same as for panel. I can only see the effect -- without this options some apps won't start.

I don't think this request is still relevant in the context of KDE4
