Hi,

I was recently using Amarok and noticing how nice the cover manager works and I thought, wouldn't it be nice if Amarok could also retrieve an albums record label and RIAA status from something like www.riaaradar.com or by pulling the information from Amazon?

This way people can differentiate the indie/creative commons/magnatune music in their collection from those published by RIAA labels.

Just a thought, what does everyone else think?

Thanks.

Todd

Sorry, but we don't intend to implement this.
In Amarok 2.0, things like that will be probably possible to be done by scripts.

You can implement this in Amarok SVN or 1.4.5 by writing a script which adds the RIAA status as a label.
