Description Achim Frank 2006-12-06 11:24:20 UTC
Version: 1.9.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I sorted my emaily within multi layered subfolders underneath the INBOX. Occasionally since at least KDE 3.5.4 all subfolders underneath the folder "mailinglists" are deleted when syncing with my Kolab2 server. The contents of the folders are not deleted on the server so if I do another sync with the server the subfolders will be downloaded and displayed. This of course takes time...
I cannot reproduce this behaviour as it occurs just irregularly once every n times I sync.
To elliminate the possibility of incompatible kmailrc settings due to upgrading KDE I also removed ~/.kde completely. I also tried kolabwizard to my config settings. The effect remains the same. Before moving to Kubuntu Dapper I did not have this effect with SuSE 9.3 and KDE 3.5.2

Do you still have this issue in a recent kmail version?
