There are two "Manage Repositories" entry in Adept Manager. One is under the Adept Menu, and the other is under the View menu. Both do exactly the same thing.

Won't be the case in 3.0 alpha 3. Although that was intended behaviour (the View menu was for switching views only, the entry in Adept was to make it easier to find).
