Reproduce this bug :

1. Set to "On" : "Put on the top the conversation window when receiving a new message"
2. Open a conversation with yours friends
3. Lost the focus but keep the conversation window on the top (scroll in another window)
4. Make yours friends speak to you (phone them ;)
5. The message is displayed on the window but the window go in the background.

It's not very good : somebody speaks to you, and the window go away ...

(I use KDE 3.5.5 and my WM is KDE too. It's perhaps a kwin bug ...)
