Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux Hi, it would be really nice to be able to specify a custom font for the list of feeds. With the current font my list of feeds exceeds the length of the window (even when maximized). I'd like to be able to pick a smaller font size so I can see the whole list at a glance. thanks, brian
I too would find it very useful If I could change font (size) for the list of feeds (and list of topics) or UI in general. I already find it great that I can change font size of feed's summary text and when feed is fully displayed.
Created attachment 80726 [details] Example from liferea of different font in feed list This is how the feed list in liferea - note that it is a bigger font, bold for unread articles, and generally better for scrolling through and deciding what to read
Ok so it's clear from the comments above that we all want different things from this, which maybe underlines the importance of being able to change the font for the feed list (my personal preference would be for something bolder and that inspires me to use akregator to read the news rather than relying on some online newspaper!
Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved.
This would be really great if it could be done. Something simple as allowing the font size on the articles list. It would be awesome if something like in kmail and its "emails list" (where you can select a theme between classic/smart/smart with toggle or custom).... but as something simple, allowing to change the fonts. In my use case, as I mostly want to quickly read the title between lots of items and only really read a few that interest me, bigger fonts would be really great.
Could you add a setting option for the font of the list ?
Having an option to change the font size of the article list in Akregator would be great. On a high-resolution display the font is really small.
