For example: launch composer from web link. I would like to Kmail would run too and stays when I finished writing.

Of course as an option.

Does the kmail --composer option not do what you want?

Kmail --composer 
starts only composer. 

I wished to start KMail __and__ composer, not __only composer__. And not from command line, but from mail link (from Konqueror).

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
