Description Wolfgang Mader 2006-10-11 23:55:40 UTC
Version: 0.8.2 (using KDE 3.5.5, Debian Package 4:3.5.5a-1 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.17-1-amd64-k8

If I look through my pictures I sometimes wonder which comment I set to them. So I hit F3. But it would be cool to have an viewing mode in which the comment are displayed (perhaps semitransparently) at the bottom of the picture.

Wolfgang,

In digikam 0.9.0:

- F3 key is used to render a fast preview of image.
- We using sidebar everywhere instead dialog, especially about Comment & Tags. Like this comments can be displayed in fast preview mode.
- With Image Editor, we have the same rule. Comments can be displayed on sidebar when you browse album content.
